The Index Methodology
The present (2016) Index Rankings is only a beta-version, inviting stakeholders to constructively evaluate the current assessment criteria and to participate in deciding the (expanded) criteria for the Global Rankings of 2018.* The Qualitative (Survey) component proposed to be included in the 2018 Rankings has been briefly described in Part Four (4) of this Report.

Proposal for Global Index
As stated before, this is Part II of the Index which is proposed to be used for our global rankings. The objective of including this Chapter and briefly describing the Qualitative (Survey) Indicators as proposed is to invite the readers’ suggestions on the indicators/criteria proposed, and to be suggested newer methodologies for calculating and assessing the common man’s experiences and perception.
